Who We Are

BILL GREENWELL  Owner and academy director. Former collegiate player, major league scout, college, high school, and youth coach. Bill's baseball and teaching background has enabled him to work effectively with players young and old, beginners to professionals.

BILLY GREENWELL  Five year pro player, division II college all american, three time all county selection, college head coach, high school and youth coach. Staff member at Grand Slam for fifteen years.

STONEY BRIGGS  Fifteen year pro player.  High draft pick of the San Diego Padres. College and all-state player. Successful youth coach. Grand Slam staff member for eight years.

JON KIBLER  Calvert Hall graduate. Pitched at Dundalk CC and Michigan State. Currently pitching in the Detroit Tigers organization. Tigers minor league pitcher of the year in 2008.

AUSTIN KNIGHT  Boys' Latin graduate, where he lead his team to the MIAA conference championship. All conference at Palm Beach CC (FL) for two years. Currently playing in the Baltimore Orioles organization.
